The 6th Gen Toyota 4Runner rear plate system for HYBRID ONLY vehicles is here. The Goose Gear Plate System is the foundation of your build. It provides a secure and stable place to strap your gear or add Goose Gear Drawers or IceBox Modules for superior storage and accessibility. Featuring two storage areas below the plate that floats over the factory hybrid battery, the storage areas reside below the base plate at the front and rear of the plate near the liftgate and behind the second-row seats.

The system is designed to fit Goose Gear modules with pre-installed anchor points.

Includes fasteners to secure the plate to the existing factory threaded inserts.
Supports over 400 lbs, far exceeding the factory limit of 130 lbs. (evenly distributed)
Consists of 8 pieces, providing access to the 12v battery.
Offers ample storage under the plate at the front and back.

This product is 100% Bolt-In and is completely reversible so you can put your rig back to stock form later if you choose.

Other options include extending forward with our Second Row Delete Plate Systems. We offer a low version seat delete that ties directly into the rear of our 6th Gen 4Runner Base Plate as well as a module-based version. The module-based version is designed to secure to the rear of our drawer modules at an 8″ height X 36″ depth. 10″ and 12″ drawer heights are not compatible with the module-based seat deletes.

Side X Side Drawer Modules in 43-3/8″ widths, 8″, 10″, and 12″ heights, 30″ and 36″ depths. Module based seat delete is designed around the 43-3/8″ wide x 8″ high x 36″ deep module only.

6th Gen Hybrid Specific – Side X Side Drawer Modules without fitted top plates only due to rear wheel well and cup holder design.

As shown in the photos, the seat backs are approximately 2.5″ (63mm) above the top of the plate at their lowest point and about 6″ (150mm) above the plate at their highest point.
