Adapter Locking

This adapter features two locking mechanisms.

The sliding bottom lock needs to be engaged in order for theadapter to be active, otherwise there will be no signalbetween the charging station and the vehicle.

Compatibility

This adapter is only suitable for CCS1 port-equipped vehicles.

This adapter only supports Level 3 DC charging.

This adapter is not compatible with Level 1 and level 2 AC charging.

This adapter is intended for Tesla Superchargers and NACS 3rd party DC chargers.

This adapter will only work on V3 and V4 Tesla Superchargers(min. 250kW).

This adapter will not work on V1 and V2 Tesla Supercharger.

This adapter will not work on Tesla DC chargers retrofitted with a CHAdeMO adapter.

Instructions

To start the charging process :

Fully insert your adapter into the NACS DC charger.

Fully engage the bottom lock.

Insert the adapter into your CCS1 port equipped vehicle.

Initiate the charging process through the app or the vehicle.

To stop the charging process :

Stop the charging process through the app or the vehicle.

Make sure the charging process has completely stopped.

Unlock the charging port through the app or the vehicle.

Unplug the adapter from the vehicle using the top latch.

Un-slide the bottom lock to free the NACS plug.

Unplug the NACS plug from the adapter.
