Multiflex Coating Spray is a totally PVC-free stone chip protection that provides a perfect anti-corrosion coating and has excellent sound deadening qualities. OEM structures can be perfectly imitated.

Multiflex Coating Spray is isocyanate-free and retains its flexibility at all times. The product is also completely PVC-free, making it extremely easy to sand when dry. Multiflex Coating Spray offers perfect adhesion to bare metal and primed metal. It is extremely fast drying and after 10 minutes Mutliflex Coating Spray can be sprayed wet-on-wet using just about any type of solvent-based paint system. When using water-based paints, Multiflex Coating Spray must be completely cured.

Multiflex Coating Spray can be used for repairs to vehicles and to restore the factory original coating. On vehicles these coatings are applied to the sills, wheel arches, and other bodywork parts.
Another important property of the product is that it is resistant to solvents when fully cured.

Thanks to its aerosol packaging Mutliflex Coating Spray is extremely user-friendly and easy to apply.

• Surface preparation:The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Sand the surface. Clean surfaces with InnotecMultisol.
• Application method:Shake can well during at least 2 minutes before use. Spraying distance 20 cm. Apply in even layers until the required texture is achieved. Use the special nozzle with the tube. After use, invert can and spray until clear to clean the nozzle.
• Dust dry:After 20 minutes (at 20C / 65% relative humidity / 200 layer thickness)
• Curing time:After 75 minutes (at 20C / 65% relative humidity / 200 layer thickness)
• Recommended layer thickness:250 (wet)
• Paintability:Can be painted over after 10 minutes with almost each solvent based paint system. When using water based paints, Multiflex Coating Spray must be completely cured and lightly sanded with an abrasive cloth (Scotch-Brite Grey) or a P320 sandpaper. Due to the huge variety of paint types on the market, it is best to test the paint beforehand.
